Frank DiTillo

Executive Director -

Frank DiTillo has forty years of experience in the banking industry, giving him an excellent financial background to lead the United Way to the next level of community activism. He possesses a strong vision for promoting the common good of all people by utilizing resources and bringing together those with a similar passion.nnDiTillo also has a strong background in not-for-profit organizations beginning with his affiliation with St. Vincent de Paul Society in St. Louis during the 1993 flood. After moving to Hannibal he quickly became involved with successful capitol campaigns for the YMCA, Hannibal Arts Council, and Holy Family Parish. In 2008 he joined the United Way board of directors and in 2011 led the annual drive raising $555,000 for local not-for profits. His spirit of volunteerism and commitment to the betterment of fellow man is evidenced in all aspects of his life.

Teresa Niemeyer

Administrative Assistant -

Teresa joined the United Way of the Mark Twain Area in October 1996. Her duties are data entry, accounts receivable, and the daily tasks to make the office run as smoothly as possible. She has worked with the public for over 20 years, and enjoys meeting and working with all the new people every year. Teresa resides in Hannibal with her husband Joe and her 4 children.
