Northeast Power and Roy Hark Donation

Frank Di Tillo, Ex. Dir. of the United Way; Roy Hark, 2017 United Way Campaign Chair; Archie Clark; Mike Jeffries; Rachel Bemis, Northeast Power Campaign Chairperson; and Jerry Daniels III.

Roy Hark, Campaign Chairman for the United Way of the Mark Twain Area, joins with the Northeast Power Community Fundraising Committee as they celebrate the successful participation of Northeast Power in the 2017 United Way campaign. Frank Di Tillo, United Way Director, shared that Northeast Power supports the United Way in many ways with volunteer support on the United Way Board of Directors, Allocation Committee, Past Campaign Chairs and being highly coveted Day of Caring volunteers.

The celebration with Northeast Power is well timed as the United Way continues working with the campaign for 2017. Reaching the campaign goal for 2017 will allow the United Way of the Mark Twain Area to fully fund its allocation commitments. Every campaign dollar is allocated to assist one of the United Way partner agencies as they serve their clients in Northeast Missouri. Since 1939, the United Way of the Mark Twain Area has had a leading role in Northeast Missouri, not just in fundraising, but also in identifying needs, identifying and allocating resources and providing solutions. The employees and management team of Northeast Power, through their support of the United Way and their enthusiastic volunteer work in the Communities of Northeast Missouri and Southeast Iowa, show that they have sincerely adopted this year’s campaign theme by Roy Hark: “Lend A Helping Hand to Your Community.”
